Delivery - Active Phone Number of the recipient is required.- When nobody is available at the time of our delivery arrival and the delivery driver decides not to leave the item at the delivery location, it will be returned to the store and will require another delivery fee for the 2nd delivery, or it can be picked up during our business hours. We deliver 7 days, except stat holidays usually, please note that weekend delivery requires minimum of $100. per item. You must call Hanamo Florist to discuss about the same day delivery.

Any order placed through this website on our closing days for the next business day delivery Must allow Hanamo Florist for at least 6 hours of preparation time, the delivery time will be after 1pm on our business day unless the sender call Hanamo Florist and receive the confirmation.

Delivery Fees Any delivery cities incorrectly input for the delivery address and fees will be corrected and the correct delivery fee will be charged. (the total charge of the order will be revised.)

Store Policy

Please note that we do not refund your payment for any products you ordered from hanamoflorist.ca.
